Fix Blockbuster Links

Replaces some, but not all, navigational label-links with true anchor on Blockbuster.com to facilitate right-clicking and opening links in new windows/tabs.

Handy. Would be handier if it made all links right-clickable, especially links to movies from within your queue. As far as I can tell, the only links that it fixes are links to movies from movie description pages.
