Script Summary: Changes the title of the page to make tabbed browsing easier and shows the actual end times of construction/production/research/travel/etc.

I just realized that it only works for upgraded accounts... otherwise, there's an extra advertisement table that gets in the way...
Features:
- Construction/Production/Research Queues are 'stuck' to the bottom of the screen. They scroll with you and are always visible. - No more having to scroll to the bottom of the page to see your queue.
- Cancel Construction/Research link moved above structures/researches list.
- Title for each page has been changed to make it easier to find the tab you're looking for when using multiple tabs.
- All countdown timers now display the date and time of completion in the client's local time.
