最近1mh动漫网的域名发生变化，变为http://www.5d5m.com，所以脚本也做了一下更新

5d5m网是很不错的在线动漫画，只是在浏览动漫时会有超大的广告图片，每次都要用鼠标往下拉太累了。所以才有这个脚本去除广告，而且只保留动漫图片和页面控制栏。
