Script Summary: Adds an array of buttons with markup shortcuts in the TvTropes.org fora next to the smileys, including the (in)famous quote-button. TV Tropes shall have a quote button!
Creates a quotebutton (and a few others) in the TvTropes.org fora, contrary to Eddie's demands. He may very well render this dead.
(OK, Eddie is actually pretty awesome; in fact I daresay he's even bitchin'. I still want a button for personal use though, and I doubt any trolls will come here to make an effort.)
