Wikify links for Confluence

Easily add links to Confluence blogs and wikis. Adds a user script command that changes all links on the page to display a Confluence-style wiki link of the form [title|url]. A second action does the same for the current page.

Add links to Confluence blogs and wikis faster with a single cut-and-paste. Or easily modify the script for similar format syntaxes like Markdown. Due to the way the links are constructed and Firefox's restrictions on Javascript clipboard access, displaying the link in the page body when clicked provides copying with the least effort. Reloading the page will return it and its links to their original state.

You can also use Confluence wiki markup in WordPress with the Markdown Confluence WordPress Plugin.

Matthew Botos Script's author

I recently discovered a much more elegant solution to this problem: the Copy Link Text (CoLT) extension. Set a custom pattern of [%T|%U] for Confluence and enjoy!
