Script Summary: SCRIPT DEPRECATED as of Dec 8th 2010 due to forum fix. Updated to v1.1 with alert to uninstall. -- Adds 'Select/Unselect All' toggle buttons in the header row of the 'Confirmed' & 'Unconfirmed' Private Message Receipts tracking page, making mass-deletion of message receipts more efficient.

Instructions for use:
Toggles for the 2 possible sections ('Confirmed' and 'Unconfirmed') will only toggle checkboxes in their respective section; that is they operate independently of each other.
Once the checkboxes in a section are checked, click the 'Select Messages' dropdown at the bottom of the section and click 'Delete Messages'.
