Script Summary: Display an online image of your beloved ika friends

Description
Go in options, and put an url to an image to display it instead of the little bearded guy. Image updates when you exit the field.
Images are 34x34. Big images will be ugly in such a small format. It's better to edit the image offline (with photoshop, gimp or http://pixlr.com ), and re-upload it somewhere if you want it to look good.
Please tell me any issues you find, or anything you want.

Todo
- Right click on the face pops a menu where you can set an url.
- Check if the field is an url and got an image extension (pnj, jpg, gif, etc), or is empty (to remove the image).
- Add an image button near the send message to paste the clipboard content in the url field.
- Let users chose between a 39x36 icon size and and 35x34 one. DONE.
