Ampersands are now decoded; please let me know if other special characters cause problems.

Also, the script currently only changes the front page of Digg and can take some time to hit the 10 larger comment pages, which may explain some of the "misses".

Seems hit or miss. I really really want a script to do just what this one does. But it seems to only work about half the time.
