Jira new comment mover
Moves the new comment field on Jira issues so it appears at the top of the comment list instead of at the bottom.
This is useful if your Jira installation displays comments from most recent to least recent because the new comment field is displayed nearest the most recent comments, which I generally want to reference.
You could comment on this script if you were logged in.
