Script Summary: Shows Cash Available for your team and the other team on "Offer Trade" page.
Now you don't need to click the Back button to see how much cash you have to work with.

This script should work for All-Time Greats 3,The 70s Game, 1969, 2005, 2006, and 2007 seasons.
Updates:
June 8 2007 - Fixed your team salary so that it's not truncated if the cash available is in the millions.
June 19 2007 - (1) Fixed GM_xmlhttpRequests so that they work for all games.
(2) The script will now read all marked checkboxes and then calculate the amount of cash that would be available should the trade occur. Click refresh button on your browser to update totals.
June 23 2009 - Added a 1 second timeout to help ensure script waits for GM_xmlhttpRequest to finish.
April 12 2011 - The SN Website added "Initial Salary Cap" to the Your Team page. Script has been modified so the Cash Available value is correctly read again instead of the Initial Salary Cap value.
May 31 2011 - The SN Website added team name change capabilities. Script has been modified to take this change into account.
