Sometimes in posts, bloggers use a relative link like href="/blah/", which works fine on their own site, but when it's in an RSS and read on Bloglines, the link basically turns into href="http://www.bloglines.com/blah/". This fixes that. I've seen this mostly in LifeHacker.com and Engadget.com
