*Update*
I just found Google Image Direct Links which does the same exact thing (except links to the actual webpage while this script links to google's page with frames). That script is probably more bulletproof than this one, so I recommend you get that one instead.
This works by making it so when you click on the image, it will go directly to the real link of the image. (As opposed to having to hold down alt in znerp's script). It also makes the link underneath the image clickable which will go to Google's default page when you click an image.
