Add a New Shortcut( D : Remove Current Entry ),Because I hate a Entry contain lots of picture without height and width!
Click( or use j/k to select) a entry in Google reader, and then press D, the selected entry will be removed.
给 GR 加上快捷键 D, 作用是移除当前的文章（点击一篇文章，它会出现浅蓝色的边框，或者是 J/K 选中的文章），遇到一篇文章（不想看的，尤其是火星的杀猫贴）里包含一堆没有定义 height 和 width 的图片时很有用。再也不怕杀猫贴的图片载入的时候，把滚动条自动往上走了。
更新到 0.2。兼容 Firefox 5～6。就因为定义一个 function 到时候，参数用了 class 作为 ID，结果就死活不认了。
