Script Summary: Minimize time spent on "wasteful" (include'd) sites.
I based this script off the Hacker News procrastination settings, which simply prevent a user from visiting the site for more than a certain amount of time (20 minutes). A user is only allowed back on the site once some other time interval has passed (180 minutes or 3 hours).
You can change the max_visit and min_away parameters as you see fit in the script. Also make sure to set your @include so the script runs on all the sites you love. As a bonus, the global setting makes the time limit a global script value instead of a per site value (so you can only spend max_visit minutes on all your favorite sites instead of each your favorite sites).
