Script Summary: Add graphical and tabular data history information for all data fields related to payslips.
Version: 1.0.1
*******************
Before using this script, please open Firefox and go to https://jsp.bradvido.com/PayslipHistory. Confirm and store the security certificate when you are prompted.
This is necessary for the SSL encryption to work for this script.
*******************
**How to use:
Log into employee self service and go to your payslips.
Enter a password to protect your data. The first time you use this script, you should load history for all payslips by clicking "Load Entire History". After that, new payslips can be loaded individually (quicker) by clicking "Load This Payslip". Once data is loaded, fields that have historical data will change color when you hover over them with you mouse. Click on the field to see a graph and data table with the history. Use the year filter at the top to choose which year's data you see. Click the "overlay" check-box to overlay the data on the graph.
**What about security?
When you load data, it is SSL-encrypted, password protected, and finally anonymized via server-side encryption. The data is then stored in a mysql server. Anytime historical data is requested, the password is checked, and if it is correct, the data is retrieved from the server, SSL-encrypted, and displayed. The data can never be retrieved without providing the password you defined when you loaded the data.
**DISCLAIMER: I provide no guarantee that your data will be protected. I am confident enough about the security to store my own data here, but if your security concerns outweigh the usefulness of this script, then don't install this script.
