LJ Show comments inline

Script allows to view comments for post without opening post page for LiveJournal.com blog or friends page

Script adds new link to a post.
After clicking on the link all comments for post are loading inline to post body.
Example - http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/378/scrmn0.jpg

Main problem - script should be adjusted for every layout
If you're interested in this script but your layout is not supported - please contact me. I'll try to fix.

Known issues:
- works only with ?nc=.. style comments (to enable go to http://www.livejournal.com/settings/?tag=nc)
- doesn't cooperate with other greasmonkey LJ scripts
- doesn't show hidden comments

Changes for 0.2:
- do not create "view" link for page switcher in comments view
