The flickr reverse contacts page, found at
http://www.flickr.com/people/you/contacts/rev/lists all your reverse contacts i.e. all the people that have you on their contact list. Some of these people are probably also on your contact list, whereas the remaining ones are not. Flickr doesn't distinguish between these two types and displays all your reverse contacts uniformly in one list.
However, after installing this Greasemonkey script, when viewing your flickr reverse contacts page the names of your reverse contacts who are not on your contact list will be highlighted, so that they may be easily distinguished from the mutual contacts.
Note: Current version might not work correctly if you have more than 1000 contacts…
