Script Summary: updated version to retrieve lists from the THWiki

Update of the original quick assembly and welding script to retrieve lists from the wiki instead of the script.
To use you need to go to the assembly and welding pages and click the update quick list button on each page.
This updates the lists from the wiki and only needs to be done if new recipes are introduced or old ones changed.
After clicking the button a page reload is necessary to have the lists populate.
