Currently I suspect there might be a bug in this script, and I'll be happy to hear any bug reports here. So comment away, please...
The script can be activated on any page, using this menu command:
When active, a bar appears at the top of the page, indicating the new margins.
You can grab and drag the arrows to change the margins as you like.
