Script Summary: Tweaks the new Facebook layout to make the new top bar and side bar look better and fix a few other bugs, including the profile picture bug
This will get rid of the stupid cut-corner look, change some colors, make the top nav full-height, redesign the new sidebar, and fix the profile picture background issue.
History
The original script was created by Tristan Schneiter with help from Josh Booth, Tyler Collins, Josh Christopherson, Alan Kelly, Joseph Hickman, and others. Thanks guys! I rewrote the script to simplify it and (hopefully) speed loading.

I'm not sure either of these scripts is better, just different approaches to the problem. You can experiment with both and see which you like better.
