Inserts a link below the book title on Amazon indicating the book's status at the Seattle Public Library. Click the link to go directly to SPL's online catalog information for the book.

Now handles the case where books are on hold.
v1.3.2 - New way to determine if holds are at library.
v1.3.1 - Move text for book statuses to top of file for easier modifications for other libraries.
v1.3 - Searches for the status of all versions of the book at the library. If none found, add a link to search by title in case the ISBN search missed something. Integrates work by Arthaey Angosii.
