Script Summary: This script for the browser game Pardus helps you make wiser decisions when deciding how many rounds to go for against an NPC

Version: 0.4

Thumb Thumb

This script for the browser game Pardus helps you fight monsters efficiently by keeping statistics of how long it took you to beat each type of NPC in the past.

Since this script does not access or refresh any pages on its own, nor does it ever (or ever will) automatically engage in combat for you by pressing the appropriate buttons or even create the appropriate buttons for you (which would be a recreation of a premium feature and thus a direct violation of the rules), this script should be safe for use and distribution. It has been approved for use by a Pardus administrator.

The script currently records the number of rounds of combat with each NPC and calculates the minimum, maximum, average and standard deviation when an NPC is being engaged. This statistical information is given to the user through a semi-transparent, rounded message box fixed at the bottom of the browser viewport.

Version 0.4 Changelog #2
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Made the script work for Wormhole Monsters.

Version 0.4 Changelog
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Fixed a bug that broke the script if the user had robots or drugs onboard.

Version 0.3 Changelog
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
Improved presentation of the message box. The message box now displays during the whole combat and tells the killing time statistics, number of rounds fought and number of rounds it took to defeat the NPC at the end of combat. Oh, and it has rounded corners!

Version 0.2 Changelog
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
0) Fixed a bug where saved data disappeared after closing the browser (no cookie duration set)
1) Rounds are now counted correctly, ignoring missiles fired by the NPC
2) Message presentation improved, however it uses CSS3 so it requires Firefox 3.5+
