Script Summary: Allow a moderator to set a spammer as "autobanned". The script will then automatically confirm removal of all of their posts in the modqueue (upon every load) and hide these entries. The sidebar will be modified to contain a list of these users, and will allow their removal from the list.

This uses HTML5 WebStorage. If this app doesn't preserve entries across browser restarts, do not upgrade to v3 of this script!
Wishlist:
- Automatically remove admin-banned users from auto-Remove list: Pointless to auto-remove, and take up space in list. Can be identified by
.banned-userclass. - Banning domains: There are domains where they create new usernames almost daily, and auto-removing the usernames is pointless. (Many are already admin-banned.)
- Auto-approve (users and domains): At least one mod would find this *highly* useful, and says it would clear up many filter-removed new users' posts.
- Make script work on various subreddit pages (such as /new): One mod rescued an old spam-infested subreddit, and wanted a way to automate the spam removal.
