This script deletes ALL deviantART ads!! (final version)

This scripts removes ALL ads from deviantART pages, and in some cases adjusts whats left behind from those ads.

The script only is executed after the page loading so you still see the ads for a second or two before they get deleted. Actually any script for greasemonkey works likes this, thought most of the times you can't tell in DA pages it's more notorious.

script redone from scratch and extensively tested, but report in case something is wrong.

Apr 30, 2007 Raffles Scriptwright	According to the GM manual, the functions should be executed along with DOMContentLoaded, not on the window 'load' event, so I don't know why the images are being seen. Images are supposed to be downloaded after DOMContentLoaded fires.

Apr 4, 2007 vOidSenses Script's author	updated again, deletes a link in the devwatch btw, i'm going to rewrite this script from scratch, it will delete some more ads that i missed, and i'm going to improve the performance also, not that is CPU intensive, but it's better that way, for now, enjoy

AND IT DAMN WORKED! it removed the full ad square at the top of the page (below the login and message center). just for this, deserves to not to be uninstalled this script. It wolud be wow if you could remove also the "deviantart notice" ad space, below the profile. still, i liked it!
