Open links in the current tab or window.

Using Firefox build-in preferences

Instead of using this script you can do the following:

  • enter about:config in the address bar
  • enter the filter: browser.link
  • and set browser.link.open_newwindow to: 1 (Open links in the current tab or window)

Nice. I didn't even know I needed this.

Now every page is left click/same tab, middle click/new tab.

You could comment on this script if you were logged in.
