Script Summary: cleans up the new bbc news layout

UPDATE JULY 30 - I've made the image at the top of the page smaller, gives more space to the content. Reduced the headline size in article.
UPDATE JULY 29 - BUG FIX - my apologies, some pages were not rendering correctly. Note to self - test more, these people have gone to the trouble of installing all this stuff into to get a decent BBC experience :)
UPDATE JULY 28 - I have changed the left menu so that it matches what is in the BBC top navigation menu. I am only able to test this in the US, so if there are problems in the UK or elsewhere, please let me know.

UPDATE July 26 - I have reverted to an earlier version of the script with no left navigation menu, the positioning of the menu was too dependent on screen resolution. Will try to sort it out.
UPDATE July 24 - new version of script. I have removed the top navigation bar and replaced it with a side navigation. BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM - if you have a low screen resolution you might lose the left navigation. Please use the earlier version of this script - http://userscripts.org/scripts/version/82064/23...
This script cleans up some of the layout on the new BBC news website. Not everything is consistent yet, I'm working on it.
VERY IMPORTANT - I'm using the noscript firefox addon and blocking all javascript that comes from sites other than bbc.
I allow bbc.co.uk and bbcimg.co.uk - NOTHING ELSE. Some of the the other javascript interferes with my script, I won't be investigating it. I suggest getting noscript.
It's the javascript from doubleclick.net (advertiser) that is causing the problem. Adblock plus will also solve this problem.
