Gmail plain text formatting

For plain text mails in Gmail, displays text like "*bold*", "/italic/" and "_underline_" with that formatting.

Updated: better regexp that doesn't overgenerate as much. Tidied up the code some.

/italics/ transformation has to be applied first, since the other ones introduce additional slashes.

Added global flag to regexps, to handle multiple substitutions of the same kind in a block of text. Silly mistake.
