RTA Trip Planner - Set Defaults

Script Summary: This userscript allows you to customize your default settings on the Trip Planner website for CTA/Metra/Pace (northern Illinois mass transit).

This Greasemonkey userscript allows you to customize the default values present when you visit the (northern Illinois) Regional Transportation Authority's online Trip Planner. This allows you to get in and out of there much more quickly.

Sadly, I'm not expert enough at this sort of thing to be able to program a user-friendly interface, so in order to choose your defaults, you'll need to edit the script itself.

Instead of clicking on the green "Install" button, right-click it and pick "Save Link As..." off of the menu. Save it to your desktop, and open it up in your favorite text editor (Notepad, TextEdit, etc.).

You'll see that there are instructions in the file about what values you should change depending on your choices. If you're not technically experienced, editing a Greasemonkey userscript may sound like something either difficult or time-consuming, but you'll see that it's really a very easy thing to do. Don't worry!
