Google 100
Let Google show 100 results per page instead of the default 10.
If you think 100 is too much, you can also customize the number of results per page:
- Visit Google
- Go to Tools -> Greasemonkey -> User Script Commands
- Choose "Set Google results per page"
- Enter a number between 1 and 100
Remarks:
- A number over 100 has no effect.
- Google lets you set this already in the preferences - but I like it my way, without any cookies.
- Sorry, no such thing for Google images yet.
- Does only work on Google's homepage, but not if you use the build-in Google search bar or smart keywords - use Google preferences instead.

Works great as advertised!
Though I wish it worked with built-in Google Search Bar which I use more often.

There will be an update if changes turn out to be trivial. Otherwise keep an eye on "Definitive Google Auto Pager" which is the one I use now actually.

Google's new layout breaks this, will there be an update?

I have the same problem as metal. When using Firefox's built in search, the script doesn't execute. Is there a work around? or a change I can implement myself? Otherwise, it's great script, I use it everywhere. Thanks

Dear Manuel Seeger, How R U.
I'm not that good at Java, so I want you (or someone else) to help me with 3 script that I made (copy past... not really me!)
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8759
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8753
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/8752
can you please tell me how to add a "user script command" that will switch between several players??
or, you can do this yourself and publish it with your name on it! :)
Regards.
Simon

&num=100 is what you append to the search btw.

For that you have to modify or create the firefox's Google search file which I believe is a simple plain text file.

Awesome script, but does anyone know how one could adjust it to work with searches from the built in google search bar in ff? For me it only works if I perform the search directly from google.com if I search from the search bar (as I often do) it displays the normal 10 results.

I had to hardcode the 100 value and remove the menu before it worked in Epiphany (Gnome's browser). This is a great script, thanks!

"Easily fixed, just edit the script and change the 100 to whatever you want it to display."
didn't notice it... sorry once again Timothy!?
this is only what i saw: "100 seems a bit much, seems more useful to change it to 20, since I usually always find what I want within the first 2 pages"
forgive me, i'm kinda stupid!! LOL ;)

HO! Whoops! :s sorry Timothy, if I offended you in this way or other, well, I'm terribly sorry about that, it wont happen again!
I just saw your comment and I asked myself how we (or the author) can solve the issue you mentioned about "change it to 20" which I find myself agreeing with you so I just post my comment to give an easy and simple solution of how to put all the numbers (options) in one script... and not to give someone else (like me :P) an idea of coping that script in different variations "Google 20" "Google 25" "Google 40" etc.
By the way... thats why I asked myself "(wtf?)" your a "Scriptwright" so why one like you need to ask a question like this!!! :)
Thank You! Manuel Seeger & Timothy
cheers Simon ;)

To Simon: I know how to change it, I think you were trying to tell me? Thanks anyways though. And if you dont believe I already knew how, just read my comment I posted earlier, it says the fix right there... xD

Thanks for the input, simon - this used to be a 60 seconds hack, you know :-)

RE:Timothy, change all the 100 into 20, OK
but Timothy? you are a Scriptwright (wtf?)
an idea: a custom numbers of search results 1 - 1,000,000 (you know what, 10 - ???) just put the number that you want and then you'll see it!! :)
how to do it???
To select a "number", go to Tools -> Greasemonkey or right click on Greasemonkey icon, select User Script Commands... -> "Google Custom number...", and enter a number between 10 - ??? !
see an example at: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/7915 (ImageShack Proxification)

100 seems a bit much, seems more useful to change it to 20, since I usually always find what I want within the first 2 pages. Easily fixed, just edit the script and change the 100 to whatever you want it to display. Voila.

i wonder if it works for images too

A simple yet handy script. Good work!
