IBS.org Printer Friendly Redirect
Redirect any IBS.org page to its printer friendly correspondent if it exists.
At the time I'm writing this, printer friendly pages only exist when reading bible passages (TNIV, NIV, NIrV). That's fine, as that's where I especially wanted to use this!
