This is the Google Tag Cloud Maker. However I changed a few quick things so it matches with the "Google Web Search - dark gray redesign (vC)". http://userstyles.org/style/show/1693. Not much credit to me, I just changed a few colors, but I figured I would upload it if people were to lazy to change it themselves or didn't know how. Meh.
