Google Notebook Floating Nav

Floats selected Google Notebook Navigation Menu.

Note that this script does NOT do anything with the *NEW* Google Notebook interface. The new interface solves the navigation problem with scrollable left-nav:)

Google Notebook Floating Nav. For the selected notebook, you'll always see the menu of headings on the left-nav -- no matter where you scroll to. Now find the notebook list in a drop-down list labeled 'Choose Notebook'. The result is a cleaner and more user friendly navigation system. Having to scroll back to the top to switch to a another heading was very unfriendly.

Any chance of adding "unread markers" in the view?

I use Google Notebook quite a bit so I might script some improvements in the future.
