Script Summary: Hide duplicates caused by expanding Similar Posts
Clicking "Show N Similar" posts can display multiple copies of identical posts.
Works in both Firefox and Chrome.
This removes those using timestamp and poster name to gauge duplicates. It is possible (though extremely unlikely) that this could catch a non-duplicate. Consider this a beta release while I find a better metric.
