Script Summary: NO LONGER WORKS. Add button to Youtube video title to pop-out video

This is NO LONGER compatible with YouTube.
This script was inspired by YouTube Pop-out by Paul Venuti and began as an attempt to get that script working. It presently doesn't share any code with the original. The code to create the button was taken from YouTube "Lights Out", and the popout code was from this code snippet on pastebin.
Changelog:
Version 1.1: Main video is now stopped when a popout is created. Popout now starts at the time the main video left off. Also the first appearance of any original code or thought in this script :). But still helped along by JoeSimmons.
