Last.fm - Country Flag

Adds a user's country's flag next to the country name on their overview page

A number of flags image urls are hard-coded in the script, but many aren't. I just added the countries for different users I saw while browsing around for a bit. So there will initially be a bit of a delay for countries it doesn't already know.

3/28/2007 - Made the remote fetching of flag urls more accepting
