Script Summary: This script adds a couple of buttons to built-in Forum to make navigation easier

Are you tired of wearisome clicking on built-in forum? Do you want to show only updated threads? If you answered yes, you want this little script! :D
1. Script adds button on main Forum page allowing to show only subforum with new items.
2. Script adds buttons "MFaR" (Mark Forum as Read) on main Forum page for each subforum.
3. Script adds navigation components on each thread page:
- "jump to bottom" button on the top of the page
- "jump to top" button on the top of the page
- all navigation structure from the top of the page is copied to the bottom of the page
Latest changes:
V.1.44 - KA v.0.1.22 added links to subpages at the bottom of the page so I changed script accordingly.
V.1.41 - link on tab "Alliance forum" was changed directly to http://s*.kingsage.*/forum.php, e.g. forum'll be displayed in whole viewer window.
V. 1.40 - script works on all servers now, fixed bug in language recognizing (thanks szczeciu for suggestion and bug reporting), added autoupdate
Limitation:
This script was tested on kingsage.org and kingsage.sk servers, but it should work on every kingsage.* server - in English.
