Script Summary: anti spoiler-trap (jebakan betmen), expand all spoiler, link preview (title and original url)

Features:
- Anti spoiler-trap (a.k.a jebakan betmen)
The script will check all spoiler on a page. If the spoiler box contains hidden link, the link will be replaced with warning message.
- Button for Show/Hide all spoiler
With this button you just need one click to open all spoiler in the thread.
- Link preview (title + original link)
Mouse over on a link to view its title and original URL.
This script should work on standard vbulletin forum (tested on kaskus.us)
