Script Summary: Adds commands to mute and unmute people. /mute <username> /unmute <username> /ignore <username> /unignore <username> /mute all will mute all of chat until you type /unmute all

Update (20/12/11): Updated the icon placement/etc. to not crash the update to chat.
Update (07/09/11): Updated how usernames are retreived. Users not in chat should have the case of their name corrected and non-existent users will report as such.
