Script Summary: Inserts a pager at the top of pages which only show a pager at the bottom of the page.

Inserts a pager at top of pages which only contain a pager at the bottom of the page.
This helps to avoid unnecessary scrolling.
Currently adds a TopPager on photostream, favorites and group pages.
This userscript is something like an add-on, for another Flickr - Widescreen. If you got a big fancy monitor with a high resolution, you should check out Flickr - Widescreen.
