Encrypt your Yahoo! 360 post entries

Using this userscript, you are able to encrypt any parts of your Yahoo! 360 blog entries.

Firstly, download this userscript, open it with your favourite text editor and set the *defpass* variable to a default password of your choice. Please note that the password must be 5 characters *at most*.

Save the userscript and install it manually (drag-and-drop it into Firefox and click Install).

To encrypt a sentence/a paragraph in your entry, just put it in a block like this:

Then, click the Show options link below your compose area. Fill in your password and press Encrypt:

It'll turn your paragraph into an encrypted one:

Now, click Post this entry like usual! Your entry would display like this:

Hey, but how can I read this encrypted entry? Repeat these above steps and click the Decrypt button?

In short, no. This Decrypt button is used for editting purpose. To view an encrypted entry, use the menu below your post to decrypt it on-the-fly:

Fill in your password and click the text link that says "click here to decrypt it" next to the input box.

Your entry would be decrypted immediately:

Isn't that cool? :D

Notice: Please remember that this is only a simple way to protect your entry, as the encrypting algorithm is very simple. Dont use this userscript to encrypt your top-secret information. :D
