Please note that this script works by creating ajax-like requests to the game, which is illegal.

- The "next 10..." link has been modified to retrieve, using jQuery, the next 10 messages from your inbox, and add them to you current view (no page load required).
- "Answer All" button added for convenience to reply with a circular response. In order for this to work, the alliance page must be visited first.
