Google Reader: Unbold Folder Titles

Script Summary: Make folder and feed titles containing unread items appear normal instead of bold. Unread counts are retained.

In Google Reader's navigation pane, folder titles and feed titles that contain unread items normally appear bold. I find this unnecessarily distracting. This script makes them appear normal ("unbold"), but retains unread counts (assuming you have chosen to display unread counts). In this way you can easily glance at unread counts but you needn't be distracted by bold text. (Unread items themselves will still appear bold, as usual, in the main reading list. This style only affects text in the left-hand navigation pane.)

For my corresponding Stylish script (which works a little faster) and for screenshots, see here.

Mac Users: For optimal color tweaking, I recommend editing the script as follows: Find "#000" and replace it with "#333".

Elements of this script were derived from the style Schrade's Mod.
