Citadel Full Balance Pay

Automatically fills in the amount owed when transferring to credit card, rather than the minimum payment

I created this script because I noticed that Citadel FCU had begun automatically filling in the minimum balance on transfers to my credit card account. I found this annoying, since I always pay my credit card in full to avoid interest charges. Thus, decided to use the feature against them by modifying it to fill in the whole credit card balance. It will still allow you to manually enter another amount.
