Multi-Page AutoLogin With Token

Automatically Log in to a site that requires a password login, and then a SECOND login with a VPN token + pin. Prompts for the VPN token code.

Assumes that the login form is a table, and that the token-required version form contains a TD that contains the string "Token username". YMMV.

Edit the script so that it reflects your correct URL, userId, password and VPN pin.
