TDWTF Forums Tag Cloud Balancer

Based off the idea of this script. Basically what it did was generate a new tag for every single post, to increase the overall number of tags, to pwn the forum. Well, it succeeded, and all tags had to be removed by admins at one point.
So this script takes a different approach to abuse the tags feature. Community Server, the <strike>software</strike> thing behind the TDWTF forums, sends a list of all tags that have ever been used in any post to the client whenever an "add post" page is served. Instead of increasing this list in size, as the above linked script did, this one just chooses a number of already used scripts from the list. By default, it will choose 5, but that number can be adjusted at the top of the script.
Idea is to balance the tag cloud, i.e., to give previously rarely used tags the opportunity to be listed in the tag cloud as well, and to relatively decrease the prominence of all-time favorites, like the dreaded " ·̴̵̶̷̸̡̢̧̨̛̖̗̘̙̜̝̞̟̠̣̤̥̦̩̪̫̬̭̮̯̰̱̲̳̹̺̻̼̀́̂̃̄̅̆̇̈̉̊̋̌̍̎̏̐̑̒̓̔̽̾̿̀́͂̓̈́̕̚͠͡ͅ ".
