If you're using the old engine I doubt Instapaper Greystyled will work properly. I recommend Instapaper Threestyled for a better styled Instapaper on the old engine.
Set your Fluid BrowsaBrowsa plugin URL to http://www.instapaper.com/folder and you'll get a folders only view.
Best used in a sidebar or menu bar style app like Fluid.
