Script Summary: Small fixes for mangafox site such as Ajax loading, ads removing. Compatible with google chrome!

Main Features:
- Compatible with google chrome
- Ajax loading of images. You will not need to reload the page in order to advance to next image.
- Ads are removed (only on the manga's pages)
- Image zooming: if there is a bigger version of image, you can zoom by clicking on button which appear near chat button (since 1.1.3)
- Different bookmark handling. Now, when you bookmark some page, the script will remove any old bookmark for the series. In this mode it's finally possible to use bookmark feature for tracking reading position, without having to manually remove bookmarks for old chapters.
- 1.1.12: Multiple bug fixes, some of them (like bookmark feature) were caused by recent mangafox redesign)
- 1.1.11: Fixed Zoom feature (after change of layout)
- 1.1.9:Fixed ajax loading screwed position
- 1.1.7: Fixed bug in the bookmark feature (series id to search was static)
