Script Summary:
Removes all content on Digg except News and Comments and allows the user to toggle the header.

This script is like the other one that removes all the surrounding content on Digg and leaves only the news and comments, expanding that to the full width of the screen. It also allows the user to toggle the header, to restore some functionality without sacrificing screen space. One only need to click the dark blue bar at the top of the browser window and it'll show the header. Click it again and the header goes away.
