Script Summary: adds mod function to each user comment on Sensible Erection

This script moves the timestamp to a tooltip (hover over the poster's name to see the timestamp), and adds a mod function to each comment. As a side benefit, mod values normally reserved for main posts are made available to individual comments.
This script is now deprecated. You should uninstall this script and Sensible Comments, and instead install Sensible Facial. Besides containing additional features, it also offers significantly faster rendering than Mods + Comments loaded spearately.
