Script Summary: Creates images from first comment, if its format is img:http://...
If the *first* comment on a BillMonk receipt is "img:http://...", then that image will be added to the top of the receipt page.
Will work even if you have the "Linkify":http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1295 userscript installed and it runs first, turning the comment into a real link.
Note that because BillMonk's site is a complicated table layout without many IDs on elements, this script is subject to break without notice if they rearrange anything.
